How about Kenny Jacket for the job?
http://hereisthecity.com/en-gb/2015/04/29/after-bournemouths-promotion-is-kenny-jackett-the-best-coach-for/

Jackett still has a chance to get Wolves into the Championship play-offs, and the potential promotion that comes with that, but it looks as if a poor run of results has put paid to any realistic hopes of consecutive promotions.

Despite this, Jackett has enjoyed incredible success with Wolves, and the former Watford midfielder will likely be drawing admiring glances from the Premier League if the Midlands club do miss out on promotion.

There is one club who are said to be on the look out for a new manager, and West Ham could do much worse than hire Jackett this summer.

As per a report in the Mirror, Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe was the favourite for the job, but it looks as if he will not leave the Cherries having just won promotion to the Premier League.

This shortens the pool of available managers, but Jackett possess all the same traits as Howe does, and these are the traits that West Ham are looking for in a manager.

His sides play attacking, progressive football and aim to please the crowds who come to watch them every week. They also possess a strong defence who conceded few goals - already playing to one of the strengths that the Hammers possess - and Jackett is a fond promoter of youth prospects and is always building for the future when compiling his squads.

The advantage Jackett has over Howe is the experience he has of professional management, and his record at various clubs in the Football League.

Whereas Howe has only impressed with Bournemouth, and failed during his spell with Burnley, Jackett has managed four clubs, and has a solid record at all of them.

His first job was with Watford during the 1990’s with whom his win ration of 38.6% is respectable for a debut role, whilst he followed that up with Swansea and Millwall - holding a ratio of above 40% for both jobs.

At Wolves, he has currently lost just 20 of 99 games, holding a ratio of 52.5% - better than Howe’s at Bournemouth.

There are no confirmations that Jackett will be available in the summer, but he would certainly be a great appointment for the Hammers. He fulfils all the needs in a manager that West Ham are looking for, and it is about time the Welshman is given a chance to impress in the Premier League.
